Privacy Policy

Notify Me is operated by GO WORK (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (“we”). This policy explains what we keep when you use Notify Me through LINE, the app’s web page and the Google Calendar connection, under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).

What we keep

• Your LINE user id (the id LINE gives each user, used to keep everyone’s data separate)
• What you type in the Notify Me chat
• Your reminders: title, date and time, reminder time, note, icon and repeat
• Your “To-do” items: title, note, and whether they are done
• Amounts you add to items (such as monthly subscription fees)
• Your settings: what we call you, language, how early to remind you, and the morning summary
• Your Google account email and an encrypted access grant, only if you connect Google Calendar yourself
• One-time download links for exports (PDF/Excel), valid for 10 minutes (only a hash of the link is kept)
• System logs (such as when a reminder was sent and message counts) holding only the last 6 characters of your LINE user id and never your text

What it is used for

• Saving your plans and sending reminders in LINE at the times you set, and the morning summary if it is on
• Showing your list, calendar, To-do and expenses on the app’s web page (you only see your own data)
• Making export files when you tap “Export”
• Keeping the service running (finding errors, limiting unusual use)
• We don’t sell it, use it for ads, or share it with anyone except the providers below

Where it is kept and who it is shared with

• Data is stored at Cloudflare (Workers and the D1 database)
• OpenAI: when you type in the chat we send that message, what we call you, your time zone and the item being edited to OpenAI to understand dates, times and titles. Your LINE user id is not sent, and requests are sent with storage off (store: false). Data from Google is never sent to OpenAI
• LINE: to send and receive messages, and to sign in to the app’s web page
• Google Calendar (if connected): we only write to the “Notify Me” calendar the app creates itself

Data from Google

• We ask Google for two permissions only: calendar.app.created (to create and manage the calendar the app creates itself) and userinfo.email (the email of the connected account, to show which account is connected)
• Used to: create, update and delete your plans in the “Notify Me” calendar the app created, so it matches your list in the app
• We never read, change or delete your other calendars or events
• Data from Google is never sold, used for ads, used to train AI, or sent to OpenAI
• Disconnect any time on the app’s Settings page (we also revoke the grant at Google) or at myaccount.google.com/permissions. “Delete my data” removes the Google connection too; events already in your Google Calendar stay there until you delete them

Notify Me's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How long it is kept

• Chat messages that did not become a reminder are redacted within 1 day; the message a reminder was made from is kept with that reminder and deleted together with it
• Past reminders are kept 90 days and cancelled ones 30 days, then deleted automatically
• System logs are kept 30 days
• If you block or unfriend our LINE account, all your data is deleted after 30 days
• Everything else is kept while you use the service, until you delete it

Your rights

Under the PDPA you may ask to see, correct, delete or get a copy of your data, object, and withdraw consent: see and edit it yourself on the app’s web page, export it on the Settings page, or email us below

Deleting your data

Tap “Delete my data” on the app’s Settings page to delete all your reminders, To-do items, notes, amounts, settings and Google connection at once. You can also disconnect Google alone at any time.
